Hello, and welcome!

My name is Mariette Sutton, and I’m so pleased you’ve taken the time to visit Tale Wagging Books.

Like many wonderful adventures, Mandy’s story began with a simple idea and a very special little dog who captured my heart. That inspiration grew into the My Name is Mandy… But Who Am I? children’s book series—a collection of stories that celebrates kindness, courage, perseverance, family, friendship, and believing in yourself.

Writing these books has been a true labour of love. My hope has always been to create stories that children will enjoy reading again and again, while also sharing gentle life lessons that families can talk about together.

Seeing Mandy grow from a curious little puppy into a confident, caring dog has been a rewarding journey—not only for Mandy, but for me as well. Every book reflects the joy of learning, exploring new experiences, and discovering that each of us has something special to offer.

I hope these stories bring smiles to young readers, create treasured moments for families, and encourage children to dream big, be kind, and always believe in themselves.
